Board Effectiveness Guild paper

Over the coming months Alison Gill will chair a series of webinars for the  Board Effectiveness Guild  in conjunction with Governance magazine.   The webinars will discuss ‘The good, the bad and the ugly of board effectiveness reviews’  .
