‘BOARDROOM CONVERSATIONS’. CONVERSE WITH AN ACKNOWLEDGED EXPERT AND TAKE THE BENEFIT OF THEIR EXPERIENCE BACK TO YOUR BOARD

At this lunchtime event guests have a unique opportunity to learn from the expertise of our headline guest, who has been invited to speak on the basis of his or her work on company boards at the highest level, earning recognition in the field of board governance and their industry sector. After hearing their first-hand experience in the form of a dialogue between the speaker and a director of Bvalco, the floor will be opened for questions enabling topics of interest to be raised. The 90 minute session is divided equally between these two parts of the conversation.

A buffet lunch aids an informal and open atmosphere in which participants discuss board effectiveness, sharing their collective perspectives. Bvalco’s focus is on facilitating the optimisation of board effectiveness. In line with this, the session aims to get a small number of invited chairmen, company secretaries and senior board members engaging with a leading practitioner about their past experience to learn from and build on for the future.
